- Branding through Social Media (2 months) (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Branding on Stage. (The main backdrop will exclusively brand the Organizer & Co-Organizer logo, Co-Powered-by Sponsor’s logo, and the Title of the Event).
- Branding on Media Wall.
- Branding on e-Invitation.
- Branding on Q cards.
- Branding through Emcee during the event, both the days
- Branding through Souvenir.
- Branding through Visual presentation. (Static Logo display on stage during the show).
- Branding through Website.
- Coverage through P.R. Agency. (in all leading electronic channels and online news publications).
- 3-5 Delegate Passes / Copies of Doc Kit
GENERAL TERMS OF SPONSORSHIP
- 75% of the sponsorship amount must be given as an advance in favor of the “Organizer / Co-Organizers” while freezing the participation.
- Balance 25% needs to be paid to the Organizers 25 days prior to the event.
- GST and other Taxes as applicable shall be levied on the cheque amount.
- Kindly provide us with the Company’s Logo and the Proﬁle of the company (soft copy).
- In case of withdrawal from participation by the sponsoring company due to any circumstances, the advances paid in favor of the organizers shall be forfeited.
